1. What are the currencies accepted by The Company?

The currencies accepted by The Company are :
- Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- Chinese Yuan (CNY)

2. How do I deposit funds into my betting account?

For faster credit of funds, it is recommended to use Local-Pay - Local Bank Deposits.

3. How do I withdraw funds from my betting account?

Money can be withdrawn from your betting account via the Local Bank Transfer.

4. How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

Once we have received all of your necessary information in accordance with The Company Withdrawal Policy, we will send the withdrawal request for our Finance team to commence with processing.

For first-time withdrawal, please allow extra 3 business days for your information to be 
reviewed and verified.

5. Will I be charged for any deposit and withdrawal transactions? 

The Company will NOT charge members for any deposit and withdrawal transactions made to their accounts. However for selected banks, there will be additional transaction fees that will not be absorbed by The Company. Kindly check with your bank for the transaction fees.

6. Why are the Main and Products’ Wallets for?

Main Wallet’s balance displays the total amount that you can withdraw or transfer to Products’ Wallet to fund betting transactions. All newly successful deposits are updated to this balance.

Your balance will be displayed in the respective Products’ Wallets:
- SportsBook or Sports Book betting
- Casino: For Live Dealer in The Company Live Casino and Slot Games
- Lottery: For digit betting products like Keno
- Poker: for all kinds of poker games in Poker Products

You can fund transfer from the Main Wallet to the respective Products’ Wallet by selecting the desired wallet from the Transfer From/To drop down list.

ii) My Account

How to open an account with The Company?

Opening an account with The Company is easy and should only take a few minutes.

On the home page, click on the "Join Now" button in the top right-hand corner of the page. You will then find the following information on the registration page: 

Username - your unique identifier when logging into your account.

Password - Not case sensitive, but must be between 8 to 10 characters long with a mixture of letters and numbers, of which 2 or more need to be numbers. Remember to always keep your password private and confidential.

Email address - to alert you of any important notices, product announcements or promotions specific to your account.

Currency - currency that you wish to use for depositing and wagering.

Lastly, you will be asked to fill up some other personal contact information, accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

What happens if I forget my logic details?

If you have forgotten your username, simply click on the 'Forgot your username?' link just below the login section of the homepage. Enter your registered email address and the displayed verification code and you will receive an email from us with your username. Please check your junk/spam folders in case our email is not recognised.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'Forgot your username?' link just below the login section of the homepage and follow the instructions.

(For the login section in main page, please replace ‘Forgot login details?’ with ‘Forgot your username’ and add 'Forgot your username?' So there’s two in total.)

What happens if the ‘Password Error’ icon appears?

Double check and make sure your password is being entered correctly. It needs to be between 8 to 10 characters, of which 2 or more need to be numbers.

Is my Personal Information secure?

The Company will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless required to do so by enforcing laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to disclose and transfer your personal data to our respective payment settlement service providers and financial institutions to the extent necessary for the completion of payments for services provided through our website.

All personal information supplied is transmitted via Secure Socket (SSL 128 bit encryption Standard) and stored in secure operating environments that are not accessible by the public. Internal access to all data is limited and strictly monitored.

iii) Deposit

How to make deposit using Local-Pay?

Step 1:  Contact The Company Customer Service Live Help or e-mail our Customer Service at________ to obtain our bank transfer details.

Step 2:  Arrange for funds deposit into the provided bank accounts. Please quote your account Username during the deposit.

Step 3:  Sign in to your betting account, select Local-Pay under the Deposit menu and key in all the information.

Step 4:  Fax a copy of the official receipt to ________ or e-mail it to _________ Please be noted that your Bank Transfer Deposit will be processed and reflected in the account when funds are received by our bank. Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to process the deposit.

iv) Withdrawal

1.  How to withdraw funds from my betting account?

You can withdraw funds from your betting account using the Local Bank Transfer. Withdrawals of money from your account may only be made in the same currency in which deposits were made.

To request for a withdrawal to be paid into your bank account, select “Local Bank Transfer” under the Withdrawal menu. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and provide your bank account information:

Documentary Requirements
When processing your withdrawal request, we may, at our discretion, request for one or both of the following documents:
  • A copy of your photographic ID with clear visible photograph
  • A copy of the bank account statement for the beneficiary account showing the account
number and bearing your name (the account balances should be blanked off). These documents can either be faxed to _______ or scanned and emailed to___________

v) Betting Rules

General:
All Betting Information supplied by The Company is administered in good faith. However, The Company will not accept liability for any errors and reserves the right to correct any obvious errors. The Company shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that everything is administered with integrity and transparency.

The Company solely acts as a facilitator in all betting transactions. You can join the betting transactions either:
  • on our site
  • by telephone
  • by mobile telephone
Please note that not all The Company betting products are available on each of the betting channels set out above.

The rules governing how markets are offered, managed and/or settled are not the same for every betting product. In certain circumstances, a bet that is settled as a winner on one product may be settled as a loser on the other product. Customers must familiarise themselves with the relevant rules that apply to the bets that they place on PLAY303’s products.

The Company reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time. Any revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting in the Website.By joining any betting transactions, you agree to be bound by the General Conditions and Specific Conditions relevant to your betting transaction (together "the Agreement").

Abandonments and Postponements:
If an Event does not begin on the scheduled start date and is not completed within the originally scheduled completion date, then all bets will be void.

If an Event starts but is later abandoned, and is not completed within the originally scheduled completion date, then all bets will be void.

The Company's decision is final and binding in this regard.

Time Period:
If the scheduled duration of an Event is changed, then all bets will be void.

Any incident during injury or stoppage time that is played, is deemed to have occurred at the end of regular time, e.g. a goal scored in first half injury time of a soccer match is deemed to have been scored on 45 minutes.

Results:
Podium positions will count as the official result, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the results. If there is no podium ceremony, results will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the Market settlement. If no official result is available then the result will be determined with reference to the available evidence known at the time of Market settlement.

Markets are generally settled shortly after the conclusion of an Event. Some Markets may be settled before the official result is declared. The Company reserves the right to reverse settlement in the Event of a Market being settled in error.

In the Event of uncertainty over any result then The Company reserves the right to suspend settlement of any Market for an unlimited period of time. The Company will not recognize any amendments or changes to results made 72 hours after the Event start time, for bets that have already been settled.

Responsible betting:
You must be at least 18 years or older to access this site, and not considered a minor in the jurisdiction of your residence. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or to gamble with us. Please be informed that anyone under the age of 18 found using this site will have their winnings forfeited and will be reported to the proper authority.
